1. Nature of the service
DupeGo is a fan-made hub where players swap duplicate cards and stickers and find free rewards for mobile games. DupeGo does not run the games: every swap is completed by the players inside the game itself.
2. No affiliation and intellectual property
DupeGo is not affiliated with, sponsored or endorsed by Scopely (Monopoly GO!), Dream Games (Royal Kingdom, Royal Match), SuperPlay (Dice Dreams) or Moon Active (Coin Master). All game names, logos and trademarks belong to their owners and are used only to identify the games. DupeGo uses no artwork from the games: cards are drawn with original graphics.
3. Fair play and anti-scam system
Fraud, scams and not sending the agreed cards are strictly forbidden. Disputes are reviewed and can lead to a reputation penalty, a temporary hold (quarantine) of the account, or a permanent ban. Players can block each other at any time. Sanctions can be appealed from the app or at privacy@dupego.app.
4. In-app purchases and DupeGo PRO Pass
The PRO Pass is offered as a recurring subscription (weekly, monthly, yearly) or as a one-time Lifetime pass, valid on all games. Payment is handled by Apple App Store or Google Play through RevenueCat. Renewal, cancellation, refunds and the right of withdrawal follow the policies of the store used for the purchase: manage them in your store account settings.
5. DupeCoins marketplace
DupeCoins are a virtual in-app currency with no monetary value: they cannot be converted, withdrawn or exchanged for real money, and are not a gambling product. When you buy a card the price is held in escrow for up to 48 hours: it is released to the seller when you confirm receipt, or refunded to you if the deal is not completed. A fee on completed sales is burned. Disputes are reviewed by our moderators.
